The things I like most are the things I liked to begin with: Batman, Action Comics, Wonder Woman. Animal Man’s still pretty good, but I’m not quite so high on it. I like the risks they take, when they do.
The thing I like least is the same old blah, GRRRR DARK garbage we’ve been seeing for decades now and trotting it out like it’s something new. Sadly, that’s most of it. That the company hit a reset button only to make their line more risk-averse is crazy to me.
Marvel Now has some stuff I’ll definitely check out. The FF/Fantatstic Four books look super fun, as do some other titles.
As to why some things are out of print, well, the world just can’t be fair, can it?
